Design-Build is a project delivery method where we work under a single contract with the Project Owner to provide design and construction services. We will be responsible to be the Owner’s single go-to contact, coordinating all the details on the Owner’s behalf and decreasing the administrative burden for the client.

All the consultants including the: Project Manager, Architect, Engineers, Quantity Surveyor and Interior Designer will be involved during the duration of the project. They will interact with the construction team which includes the: foremen, electricians, plumbers, masons, steel fixers, carpenters and painters. This interaction ensures the project is executed efficiently to the client’s satisfaction.

At Bridan Design Build we believe that every client is unique and has their own individual needs. Our pricing structure is based on the size and scope of the project. Once you book a consultation then we can understand your needs and give you an appropriate quote.

We are registered with the National Construction Authority for both building works (NCA 6) and roadworks (NCA 6). We are also registered with the Kenya Revenue Authority, Nairobi City County and the Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) as a youth government supplier.
